Features of NR materials: Good elasticity, strong stretching strength, excellent tear resistance and electrical insulating properties and good resistance against abrasion and dryness, excellent processing properties which enables it easy to bond with other materials; the overall performance is better than most of synthetic rubbers. The defects are the poor resistance against oxygen and ozone, easy aging and deterioration, poor resistance against oil and solvent, poor resistance against acid-base corrosion, and poor heat resistance.
Service temperature: Approximately -60℃〜+80℃.
Main applications: Used to make tyres, rubber shoes, rubber hoses, rubber belts, insulation layer and sheath of wires and cables, and other general products. It is especially good to make torsional vibration canceller, engine shock absorber, bearing of machines, rubber-metal suspension components, membranes and die pressing products.
